Your first appointment is typically 45 minutes to an hour. Select a step below to see what happens at each stage.
Your doctor reviews your health history, discusses your concerns, and performs a thorough examination focused on your complaint.
We explain the exam findings and discuss relevant treatment options. These may include chiropractic adjustments, massage, functional nutrition, Foot Levelers orthotics, or shockwave therapy.
Your doctor explains the recommended plan in person — follow-up visits, any home exercises, and lifestyle suggestions for your case. We don’t hand you a printed care plan, but you’ll leave knowing what comes next.
